CST KASKAS TO GAS PROMO

FULL PROMO MECHANICS:

• Promo runs from June 1 to August 31, 2023.
• Filipinos 18 years old and above who are currently residing in the Philippines are eligible to join the promotion.
• For every purchase of 2 pcs CST Passenger Car Radial tires / SUV tires or motorcycle tires, the customer is entitled to one (1) pc CST KASKAS to GAS scratch card.

• Customer with CST KASKAS to GAS scratch card can get a chance to be one of the 4,583 instant winners of PHP100 worth of fuel card. 
• Customer with CST KASKAS to GAS scratch card is also eligible to join the regional raffle draw to get a chance to win up to PHP15,000 worth of fuel card.
• Customer may get the scratch card more than once, provided that the transaction meets the required purchase quantity during the promo period.
• Instant prize winners can claim their prize upon presentation of the scratch card and copy of tire purchase receipt.

• Participants must fill out the CST KASKAS TO GAS scratch card with his/her complete name, age, complete address, email address, mobile number and affix signature.
• Participants may drop the raffle entry at designated drop boxes located at participating CST dealers nationwide.
• The deadline for submitting entries is August 31, 2023 at 10:00 pm. Entries submitted after the deadline will be disqualified from the promotion.
• All forms in sealed drop boxes will be consolidated in three (3) regional raffle draw venues.
• CST KASKAS TO GAS Regional Raffle Draw will be on September 14, 2023. See the below schedule;

• Regional raffle draw will be done in the presence of AP Blue Whale Corp. and DTI Representative/s.
• AP Blue Whale Corp. reserve the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics.
• Winners can win in the raffle only once. The prize of higher value is awarded to the participant should his/her name be drawn more than once.
• Winners will be notified by registered mail, e-mail address and SMS. List of winners will be posted on the official CST Philippines Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/csttiresph) on September 15, 2023.
• Winner can claim his/her prize at the dealer shop where he/she bought the CST tires.
• To claim the prize, winners must present 2 valid IDs (e.g. driver’s license, passport, SSS ID) and Original Receipt (O.R.) of his/her purchased tires.
• Redemption period is until 60 calendar days from receipt of the registered mail. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of AP Blue Whale Corp. with prior approval from DTI.
• Raffle prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
• 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by AP Blue Whale Corp.
• By participating in this promotion all participants and winner(s) grant AP Blue Whale Corp. exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on print, website, or official CST Philippines Facebook Page.
• All employee of AP Blue Whale Inc. as well as its participating dealers and their relatives up to second degrees of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
• In case of disputes regarding this promo terms and conditions, AP Blue Whale Corp.’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, shall be considered final and irrevocable.
